• A client, who specializes in warehouse and logistics layout planning, can optimize the design of the interior of a Warehouse or Factory, consult with architects and planners, and see the results of changes in layout in 3D instantly by embedding a 3D rendering application into the video conference via desktop sharing The application uses Temasys Vidyo Cloud Servers and proprietary 3D rendering software and can be viewed on Vidyo Panorama, Vidyo Desktop, Vidyo Mobile or on Legacy Video systems.
• A Proof of Concept work is being undertaken to show how undersea Rig Inspection videos can be transmitted durng a video conference, in real time, over satellite. Simulating rig inspections images are transmitted to Houston from a Rig Inspection. The application uses Vidyo desktop solutions, dedicated VSAT links, and Vidyo Cloud Servers based in North America, Europe and Singapore.
• A Proof of Concept is underway in a Singapore Innovation Laboratory to link Vidyo Mobile on iPad with Augmented Reality Images being used in Medical and Surgical presentations , to bring new approaches to medicine into the hands of Clinicians and Medical Practitioners.
• By adopting Vidyo Gateway technology, a shipping client extended an existing Tandberg system with four end points to over 15 offices at a fraction of the cost of using the original suppliers’ applications and hardware.
